Nehru Institute of Technology holds 5th convocation

Nehru Institute of Technology has bagged seven Anna University ranks and 278 under graduate and post graduate students were awarded their degrees at the fifth convocation held on July 30.

Nehru Group of Institutions CEO and Secretary Dr. P Krishnakumar in his felicitation address congratulated the graduates. He emphasised that the students must be trained taking into account the real need of the hour. He also highlighted the values which enhanced students to empower themselves in all walks of life.

Principal Dr N Rajakumar welcomed the graduates.

Anna University department of information science and technology professor Dr V Ramachandran was the chief guest.

He said the institute would play a significant role in filling the industrial gap in Coimbatore, bringing industries, corporate and technocrats from across the country for its societal growth and uplift.
