Chennai: Superstar Kamal Haasan on Tuesday, as always, took to twitter to make bold political statement – by questioning why no one in Tamil Nadu was asking for the resignation of the government and chief minister here when there were mishaps and corruption.

But the superstar did not take the name of the chief minister.

In his most recent tweet, the super star said, “If one state’s CM (Chief Minister) should resign for a mishap & corruption under his govt. How come no party calls for resignation in TN. Enough crimes done.”

But he was careful not to name anyone or reveal identity of the chief minister on his radar. He followed it with another tweet, “My aim is a better Tamilnadu. Who dares to strengthen my voice? DMK AIADMK & parties R tools to help. If those tools R blunt find others.”

By bunching the DMK together with AIADMK as a blunt tool, Kamal Haasan indicated that every political party was guilty of ignoring the welfare of the people.

“Till there is no freedom from corruption we are still slaves,” he said adding “those who dare and vow for a new freedom movement come and we will win.
