Mersal Intro! Makers shell out Half a crore for a single scene

Actor S.J.Suryah is playing the lead villain in Vijay’s Mersal being directed by Atlee. The film being made with a huge budget will have an expensive intro scene for S.J.Suryah, and the actor himself has revealed that in a recent interview.
“I play a stylish villain and the look of my character will be very suave. For my introduction in Mersal, there were 15 shots. You would not believe it but these 15 shots cost around 50 lakhs. Such a grand intro the character has.”
