Jayalalithaa heads to Kodanadu

The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa arrived at Kodanadu for an eight-week stay. She had a brief halt at Coimbatore airport where she was greeted by some ministers and party workers.
Jayalalithaa arrived at Coimbatore airport via a special aircraft from Chennai. After interacting with the party members who met her at the airport, she resumed her journey to Kodandu, in the nearby Nilgiris district, by helicopter.
She reached Kodanadu around 1.15 PM. During her eight week stay, she will attend to official works.
