Tribals of Ooty plea for toilets

Under the Swachh Bharat scheme, toilets were constructed with government funding at Elephant camp in padi village in Nilgiris district. Following the order of the forest department to remove the toilets, the tribals of the village have petitioned the District Collector, Innocent Divya to intervene in this matter.
