Sanitation workers demand housing

More than 500 sanitation workers living in Variety Hall area of Coimbatore have been asked to vacate by the Corporation and housing tokens have been distributed by Slum Clearance Board. The sanitation workers held a protest in front of the Coimbatore collectorate holding vessels and bedding in their hands demanding housing plots.
