Farmers petition against dyeing unit

Farmers belonging to Velliyankadu panchayat submitted a petition to Coimbatore district collector, T N Hariharan demanding a ban on the new dyeing unit, Aroma Farms opened in their area .They alleged that the waste from the unit will pollute the farms and water purification units nearby.
