Illegal sale of lottery tickets in Coimbatore

Mohan , a petty shop owner for the past 35 yeas was in the business of selling petty items and lottery tickets. In spite of the government ban on sale of lottery tickets, he continued to sell them and was arrested and later released. Now after a gap of eight years, he has again started indulging in the business by smuggling in the tickets from Kerala and selling them here at a higher rate.He has been arrested by the police and lodged in the Coimbatore central jail.
