30 districts in TN are open defecation free -SP Velumani

Minister SP Velumani who inaugurated the cleanliness census under Swachh Bharath scheme in Coimbatore collectorate, spoke about the hygiene measures taken in the state and said that 30 districts in TN are open defecation free and that 49.63 lakh personal toilets have been constructed till now.
