WB migrant worker found hanging

Coimbatore : A migrant worker from West Bengal was found dead hanging from a belt on a tree near Ettimadai on the outskirts early today.
Police retrieved the body from near Makaliamman temple.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the deceased was a native of a village in Birbhum district of West Bengal and was working with a private firm in Ernakulam in Kerala.
The 23-year old Sooran Marx had left his village on April 19 to join duty, police said.
The body bore injuries on the head and the shoulder while the neck was tightly strangled by the belt, they said.
