“Full moon is a time to celebrate, and a healthy opportunity if used wisely. It can increase your happiness and health. Full moon is believed to provide tremendous amount of love, compassion, and blessings. You must be in a state of alignment to receive it. You are not likely to find a better example of truly living in this joyful state, than while celebrating full moon,”K. S. Nagaraj, founder of Anugraha Learning and Research Foundation, Coimbatore who has organized a full moon retreat this month says.

As part of the retreat, Nagaraj will teach participants meditation that can be practised everyday. The retreat will also include spiritual lectures and several other activities that will enlighten its participants. Few activities of the retreat have been designed to improve health, emotional blocks, inhibitions, and the happiness of the mind.

Participants will have to register themselves. A fee of Rs.7500 will be charged per person, and this includes stay, food, and retreat expenses. The retreat will be organized in a serene location near Coimbatore from 4 pm on November 25 to 4 pm on November 26.
