Sexual assault against minors up by 75% in TN

Rape-free India Foundation member, Dr Umashankar said that in the last 5 years sexual assault against minor children are up by 75% in TN and this accounts to 3 % in the national level. TN lists 15 place in the rape against minor index of the country, he said.
