Man Stabbed, Rs.30 Lakhs Robbed

Tamilarasan and Sivaraj belonging to Avinashi of Tiruppur district were riding towards Coimbatore in a Bullet last night. When they were nearing the overbridge next to Kaniyur toll gate, their vehicle dashed against another two-wheeler in which Dharshan and Rajkumar were riding. All the four were injured. By the time, some unknown persons who came in four two-wheelers stabbed Rajkumar and snatched away Rs.30 lakhs from him. Rajkumar was admitted in CMCH and the other three were admitted in a private hospital. Karumathampatti police have lodged a complaint and are investigating on this issue.
