Legal guidance to new employees

A one day session was conducted for the new employees at the office of ‘The Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry’, Coimbatore. The office bearers of the Chamber of Commerce explained the New labour Act, Shops and Establishments Act, the records to be maintained by contract labourers etc to the employees. More than 100 employees from various private firms attended the session.
