Police arrest Stephen Raj of Gandhipuram for drunken driving

The man who has a laptop service centre was seen speeding in his car. He had rammed into several party flag poles in front of a bakery bringing them down, in a drunken state. He had also rammed into a two wheeler and fled. The public somehow managed to catch him. He engaged in an argument with the people and tried to assault them. He has been arrested.
