Police arrest people involved in protest

Condemning the lathi charge of the police against the people who protested for the justice of 17 people who died after their houses collapsed at Mettupalayam yesterday, DMK, Thanthai Periyar Dravidar Kazhagam and Naam Tamilar Katchi protested by condemning the act. A total of 71 protesters were arrested by the police.
