Special train to Arakkonam from Mangaluru

To provide assistance to passengers stranded due to the incessant rain and flood in Chennai and surrounding area, Southern Railway is operating special train services between Mangaluru and Arakkonam.

The special train will leave Mangaluru Central at 8 p.m. today and reach Arakkonam Junction at 10.30 a.m. tomorrow, a Railway spokesperson said.

Similarly, a special train will leave Arakkonam Junction at 12.00 noon on December 5 and arrive at Mangaluru Central at 02.30 a.m. the next day.

Both the trains will stop at Kasaragod, Kannur, Kozhikode, Shoranur Jn., Palakkad Jn., Coimbatore Jn., Erode Jn., Salem Jn., Jolarpettai Jn. and Katpadi Jn, for the convenience of the passengers.
