Learning programme for leadership excellence launched

Nehru Group of Institutions today launched a unique outbound experiential learning program for leadership excellence to tap the hidden potential and help people reinvent themselves.

Nehru Out Bound for Leadership Excellence (NOBLE) has been designed to understand the inner view of an individual’s strengths and limitations thereby leading to high powered individuals with a strong team spirit, CEO and secretary of Nehru Group Institutions, P Krishnakumar said during the launch.

Claimed to be South India’s largest unique outbound experiential learning program, NOBLE offers customized program to simulate established models on outbound format to bring out specific learning. “The program is designed as a two-day, four-day and weekend residential program for a positive change and designed to let individuals and teams discover their true potential. The program is designed for students, faculty members and corporate officials,” Krishnakumar added.

Sri Maruthachala Adigalar, Principal of Tamil College, CSI Coimbatore Diocese Bishop Timothy Ravinder, general manager, Automotive Systems of Robert Bosch, Naved Narayan were felicitated.
