Hubballi pourakarmikas protest against non-payment by pouring human waste on them

Frustrated over non-payment for four months, Pourakarmikas in Hubballi poured human waste on them to register their protest in front of the Hubballi City Corporation on Thursday.
The pourakarmikas have been protesting for sometime but in vain. The Corporation authorities have delayed their payment for reasons best known to them.
Meanwhile, the corporation authorities have decided to crack down on fake pourakarmikas. While the pourakarmikas poured human waste on them, the police did nothing but remained mute spectators. About 1,200 pourakarmikas participated in the protest.
