ATS Elgi launches car testing lab

ATS Elgi, the Coimbatore-based largest manufacturer and seller of automotive vehicle servicing equipment, launched Autosure, a first-of-its-kind testing laboratory for cars.
Autosure offers state-of the art testing lab for cars to evaluate the vehicle’s condition prior to sale, Ramesh Ponnuswami, Managing Director of ATS Elgi, said. The entire process will be completed in less than 95 minutes. The test report will describe the present condition of the car.
“Just like master health checkups for human beings, this is the checkup for
cars,” Ramesh said.
ATS Elgi has plans to open 200 such labs all over the country in the next three years.
