Chargesheet in Dileep case before Oct 10

Kochi: Police is all set to file the chargesheet in the actor abduction case involving actor Dileep in the next few days.
It has to be filed before October 10 when Dileep will complete 90 days in jail, police sources said.
Under normal conditions, the accused will qualify to get natural bail if chargesheet is not filed within this period.
The investigation team had already filed a chargesheet involving prime accused Pulsar Suni and his accomplices.
The charges made against Dileep include gang rape, which if proved, can send him to 20 years in jail.
The only problem police face is said to be their inability to locate the mobile phone used to shoot the obscene pictures of the victim on February 17.
Two of Pulsar Suni’s lawyers, who had destroyed the phone, have been listed as accused.
A policemen who helped Suni use his phone to contact Dileep is also an accused.
