College to host entrepreneurship summit

Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College (SREC) has joined hands with Entrepreneurship Development Centre (EDC), Alumni Association (SREC-AA), and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Young Indians (Yi) Coimbatore Chapter to organize SREC Entrepreneurs’ Summit on December 5 at the college. A release from the institution said that Native Angel Network will be knowledge partner for this summit.

Alumni entrepreneurs will display their products at the stalls. The alumni entrepreneurs will also be given an opportunity to introduce their venture to the students. Students who wish to become entrepreneurs will get a chance to be mentored by the alumni entrepreneurs in a separate session.

Devika Ramesh, Executive Director, Arempee Compressors Pvt Ltd, Arjun Prakash, Director, Effica Automation Limited, and Dhruv Kumar S., Founder, icliniq.com, are expected to mentor the student entrepreneurs.

Ravi. K. Mantha, Author, Investor and Public Policy Advocate from Hyderabad, Swathy Rohit, Chair, Young Indians, Coimbatore Chapter, K. Premnath, CEO, Point Perfect Transcription Services India Pvt, Ltd., Coimbatore, will be among a 100 other members to participate in this summit.
