Corporation Commissioner inspects Ward 88 civic works

Corporation Commissioner Dr K Vijayakarthikeyan today inspected various civic works being carried out in Ward 88 at Kuniyamuthur area in south zone.
He also made surprise checks at several houses in the area and advised cautioned people against water stagnation.
The commissioner also asked sanitary workers to maintain and clean the drainage lines regularly.
He inspected the construction of building works for the Urban Health Centre Government Officer Residence for which the State Government had sanctioned Rs 42 lakh and also the skywalk on the Palakkad National Highway for which the State Government sanctioned Rs 75 lakh.
Vijayakarthikeyan also reviews the work of sanitary workers to ensure that waste was being segregated.
