Four die as car falls into canal in Palladam

Four persons drowned and one was injured seriously when their car fell into a canal of PAP Dam in Palladam in nearby Tirupur district on Sunday night.
The dead were identified as Vijayan, Pradip, Sudhakaran and Mariappan, working in a private firm here, police said. They were returning from Kodaikanal when the accident occurred.
