Friends of Police celebrate APJ’s birthday

On the occasion of 85th birth anniversary of Dr. Kalam, the Friends of Police along with SEER trust and Shanthi Social Services, organized a blood donation camp and distributed saplings at the Thomas club in the district collector’s office .
The programme was inaugurated by Inspector, Suresh of B3 Police station. As many as hundred people including college students and others participated and donated blood. S. Senthilkumar, Organizer, Friends of Police; C. Rameshkumar, founder, SEER trust and Dr. R. Ramasamy, Chief medical officer, Shanthi social services, participated in the event. Free saplings were issued to the blood donors.
