Homage in blood to slain CRPF men

Coimbatore : With the entire nation condemning and seeking action against terrorists for the attack of CRPF personnel, a youth here on Thursday paid homage in the form of a letter written with his blood urging prime minister Narendra Modi to root out terrorism from the country.

The youth, Santhosh, a daily wage earner, as part of paying homage to the 44 CRPF personnel who lost their lives in the attack, wrote the letter with his blood on three yellow sheets, each measuring 3 feet x three feet, and clipped it on a wall at Madampatti on the outskirts, for public view.

In the letter, Santhosh appealed to Modi to take concrete steps to retaliate and root out terrorism.

He expressed his desire to join army without taking single rupee as salary to help to eliminate terrorism from the country.

THe people in the area became emotional after going through the letter.
