Kirtilals unveils Maharaja Collection for those with royal tastes

Kirtilals, one of the premium diamond and gold jewellery brands of India, has launched its exclusive Maharaja Collection, inspired by the ancient jewellery of the royal clans.

Created by in-house designers and hand-crafted in Naga style, the pieces are carefully made and stones are set in the jewellery without using wax, which reduces the weight of the ornament, Suraj Shantakumar, Director of Business Strategy at Kitilals, said.

The collection revolves around motifs enthused by floret, elephants, gods, and goddesses. Also liberally used are colours red and green, giving the ornaments a feel of authenticity and tradition. “The focus is to take to the masses the antique creation that was once reserved for the royals,” Suraj said.
