New IT chief commissioner assumes charge

T P Krishnakumar has assumed charge as chief commissioner of Income Tax here.
A 1983 batch Indian Revenue Service officer, Krishnakumar has served in various capacities in the IT department in Chennai, Delhi, Kochi, Kolkata and Ahmedabad, an official release said today.
