UDHAGAMANDALAM: There is no point in blaming the Karnataka Government over the Cauvery issue, since it is the failure of the BJP-led Centre to constitute the Cauvery Management Board as directed by Supreme Court, TNCC President S. Thirunavukkarasar said on Monday.

Talking to reporters here on his way to Gudalur to observe fast on communal harmony, Thirunavukkarasar said that it was the total failure of the Centre to constitute the board and it was not right to criticise Government in Karnataka.
