Padma Shri awardee honoured

TiE, the global organisation for enhancing entrepreneurial ecosystem organised a meeting to honour A. Muruganandam, Padma Shri awardee, for his contribution to grassroots innovations for improved hygiene among women in rural areas.
In his speech, TiE president G. Karthikeyan said TiE Coimbatore’s 56th chapter was focusing more on fostering entrepreneurial skills, networking and mentoring.
K. Ilango, former president of TiE , R. Ramraj, senior adviser, Sequoia Capital Co. and founder of SIFY technologies were present.
