Kottayam: The Kochi Metro earned fame by appointing transgenders and their lives is now set to become a play.

Directed by Abbas Prateeksha, the play revolves round two transgenders Abhi and Manasa. The story by Sunil Njarakkal focuses on problems faced by transgenders in the most literate State in the country.

Despite huge transformation taking place in the society, many consider them as erred human beings. They are often not considered part of society. The job in Kochi Metro has given them a new lease.

The play also deals with criminals in the garb of transgenders creating problems in society. There are seven actors out to perform in this play.
