A 29-year old woman was today admitted to the Government Hospital with symptoms of dengue fever.
Rihana, hailing from Bengaluru, had come to the house of her relatives at Coonoor and was suffering from fever for the last three days and was taken to the Government Hospital at Coonoor, today.
After carrying out tests, doctors suspected that she was suffering from dengue and immediately shifted her to the Government hospital, sources said.
Rihana is kept in a special ward and samples have been sent for test, the results of which are expected only tomorrow, they said.
