Kerala HC orders police probe into Church land scam

Kochi: Kerala High Court today directed police to probe the land deal scam involving Syro Malabar Church chief Cardinal Mar George Allencherry.
The court ordered probe against four persons, including the Cardinal. It said the Cardinal was not a king and no one was above law. It added that police investigation would not affect the magisterial level probe being conducted now.
