Elephants destroy vegetable crops in Keezh Mallikkorai village

Tension prevails in Keezh Mallikkorai village and surrounding areas as two elephants have been camping in the village for the last few days.
According to sources, the elephants have destroyed most of the farmlands and crops – including cabbage, raddish and carrots – in Keezh Mallikkorai, Sakthi Nagar, Kavaratti, Kavilorai, Mallikkorai, Odayaratti, Pendatti, Allatti and other 50 small villages.
