Superstars Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan race in political journey is getting hotter.

If Kamal Haasan has announced a state-wide tour from February 21, from Ramanathapuram, Rajinikanth fans have already fanned out to being erecting the party from below.

Incidentally, task before both the superstars is the same. Turning their fan clubs into potent political forces, capable of taking on the Dravidian majors and sundry other smaller regional outfits that are strong in their own respective pockets of influence.

And everyone is gearing up for the electoral battle, lest they be held anytime.

Rajinikanth told media persons on Wednesday that he was ready for poll, if they are held even in six months. “Our party will be ready for elections if they are held in six months. I am ready for electoral battle,” Rajinikanth said.

Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan shared the stage at a function to celebrate MGR birth anniversary in Chennai. Here when media persons confronted him, Rajinikant refused to say anything about having truck with Kamal Haasan but he wished him well and welcomed him in politics.

Kamal Haasan on Tuesday night announced he was beginning his state-wide tour from Ramanathapuram, his place of birth, on February 21 when he would announce the name of his party and also his stand on different issues.

The tour is for feeling the pulse of the people, to feel their pain and learn about their aspirations, Kamal Haasan said in a late night press statement.

Last November, on his birthday on the seventh, Kamal Haasan announced his entry into politics and declared that he will soon launch an App through which he will be reaching out to his fans, voters and people.
