13 year old seeks grievance at Collectorate

A distressed 13 year old knocks the doors of the Collectorate for grievance redressal. Stating that the pathway leading to his house in Pillayarpuram has been blocked despite theirs being a patta land, he has sought action against the neighbors who have been harassing them .
