A video that purportedly shows water splashing out of the main Cauvery water pipeline on the Kanakpura road in Bengaluru is doing rounds in social media. However a Telugu channel has reported that the visual posted on January 21 was that of the Bhagiratha pipeline that had reportedly exploded in Telangana.
