Advocates protest ; urge arrest of others who had abused the child in Thudiyalur

Advocated staged a protest in front of the Court premises urging the police to arrest the others who had sexually abused the child. While the post mortem report states that the child was abused by a group of people, only one person has been arrested so far, they stated.
