Tamil Nadu Thiruvalluvar Associations jointly submitted a petition to the Coimbatore Collector today, condemning the act of throwing cow dung on the Thiruvalluvar statue in Pillaiyarpatti of Thanjavur district. They demanded action against this disrespectful act. This incident has lead to a lot of agitations all over the state.
