Chaos in District Collectorate over poisoning of goats

Pushparaj(30), a resident of Vadavalli has been earning his life by grazing goats for almost 30 years. He has been into petty tussles with his neighbours Pandiyan, Palanisamy and Senthil regarding rearing goats, for quite some time. Now Pushparaj claims that those men had poisoned his goats and they had also threatened him. ”I have reported this to Vadavalli Police Station many times but the officials had denied giving an FIR . So now I have come here to bring it to the notice of the District Collector”.
