Cheating complaint registered on a chit fund cum land developers

A cheating complaint has been registered on Muthu land developers and chit funds in 100 feet road for several crores. The finance company has been functioning for the last 8 years. Public had been paying money every month on chits that had promised sky in return. Even after 2 years they were not given the money/gold properly. The cheques given by the company also bounced.
