CM opens Police Museum in Coimbatore

The Tamil Nadu Police Museum, formerly the Hamilton Club was inaugurated today by the Tamil Nadu CM Edapadi Palanisamy. The museum features the arms , uniforms and equipments used by the police in yesteryears. Rare items like the weapons used by the brigands Veerappan and Malaiyur Mammatiyan as on display here . The building constructed in the year 1918 has been renovated without losing its antiquity.
