Couple beaten up by drunk KPN Travels driver; action sought

The driver of KPN Travels in an inebriated condition had manhandled a woman and attacked her husband when they had questioned him about transporting them from Puducherry in a van for almost half the distance and then changing two buses despite pre-booking the tickets online.
