Culprit alleges that police poured acid on his genital organ

Shivaraj from Nilgiris district along with his friend were arrested by the police for possessing cannabis last month. After being released from the Coimbatore Central Prison, he told the press that the police had poured acid on his genital organ and threatened him of death if he told it to anyone.
