District Collector warns of stringent action against Rapido drivers

District Collector K Rajamani has warned stringent action against drivers and owners of two wheelers who use Rapido app. RTO has been initiating action against those using private bikes commercially. The govt has permitted such usage and using 2 wheelers as taxi is illegal.
