Foaming Noyyal river creates panic among the people

Noyyal river which is in spate due to the heavy rains was laden with foam when it flowed near Aathupaalam creating a panic among the people. The reason being the pollution from the dyeing units near Perur,the public are at a risk of being affected by asthma and other breathing problems due to the foam spreading in the air.
