Government housing for brick kiln workers

More than 1000 workers working in the about 100 brick kilns of Coimbatore Thadagam and Kanuvai areas are demanding for government approved housing plots as the houses provided for them by the brick kiln management are small and not safe. They have submitted a petition regarding the same to the Coimbatore district collector.
