Miraculous escape for three as moving car catches fire

A resident of Sivanandha Colony and his family members had a miraculous escape when their car caught fire suddenly near Ichanari on Tuesday. According to sources, Devarajan, a retired school principal, was on his way to Malaiyandipattinam near Pollachi from Coimbatore, along with his wife and her mother when the car suddenly caught fire. An alert Devarajan alighted from his car and also asked his wife and mother-in-law to get down from the vehicle.
