Murdered child’s mother and her neighbour arrested

In the horrendous murder case of the three month old baby in Saravanampatti Coimbatore, the child’s mother and her neighbour with whom the mother had an illicit affair have been arrested. The baby’s mother Vanitha who had confessed to the crime has been remanded to judicial custody along with her lover Srinivasan who was an accomplice to the crime. They sedated the child , slit her throat, threw her in the rubbish and pretended that the child had been kidnapped. All because the child had been a hurdle to their affair.
