Public teary protest against temple demolition

The proposal to demolish Karivaradaraja temple in Ganapathy for the purpose of construction of a fly over has been condemned by the public . The temple is said to have been constructed by King Krishna Devaraya III in 1856. Even as the case is in the Court work has commenced to remove the temple. They have appealed to somehow preserve the temple, the temple authorities have appealed.
